We are aware that women are underrepresented in decision-making spaces regarding public life, trading markets, science, academia, justice and politics. Several international organizations stated that the pandemic implied a setback concerning this situation, especially in Latin America.

Gradually, more companies are incorporating gender equality processes and policies, notwithstanding, although 60% of the companies in the region have already made this internal commitment, there is still a long way to go. Therefore, we to integrate corporate values in order to promote policies and concrete actions that generate a real cultural impact.
